ΘΕΡΙΝΟ ΕΡΓΑΣΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΡΧΙΤΕΚΤΟΝΙΚΗΣ ΣΤΗ ΘΑΣΟ (συντονισμό και διδασκαλία)
Tο Τμήμα Αρχιτεκτόνων Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης, με τη στήριξη του Δήμου Θάσου και του Τεχνικού Επιμελητηρίου Θράκης, διοργανώσε (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) το εργαστήριο αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού : «Διαδραστικά Περιβάλλοντα και Αρχιτεκτονική» στη Θάσο. Στο εργαστήριο συμμετείχαν φοιτητές Αρχιτεκτονικής από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.
THASSOS SUMMER WORKSHOP 2008-2011
Department of Architectural Engineering of Democritus University of Thrace, with the support of the Municipality of Thassos and the Technical Chamber of Thrace, organized (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) the Summer Architectural Workshop: “Interactive Environments and Architecture” at the island of Thassos in Greece. The Workshop was open to undergraduate students from Schools of Architecture and Fine Arts from Greece, but also all over Europe.
The workshop refers to a variety of different approaches concerning architecture, by a number of influences from Fine Arts and Philosophy, and their role in the social environment.The topic of the Workshop changes every year and it refers to a specific “site” in the island of Thassos. In general it is indicated by a composition of a dialectic approach, by using the common methods of architecture.
The workshop takes place at the cultural building called “Kalogeriko”, situated at Old Port of Limenas.

INTERNATIONAL SUMMER WORKSHOP SUDESCO 2014 / Intensive Programme (4 ECTS) / CYPRUS, July 23rd - August 5th 2014
The series of the SUDESCO summer workshops focuses on critical issues relevant to the future of coastal areas in the European Context. Central themes are the assessment of the distinctive character and environmental quality of different sections of the coast, waterfront architecture and heritage and appropriate environmental strategies and design.
Its coastal area is of a high environmental and cultural value dominated by a mass tourist industry. The extensive tourist development and associated infrastructure, during recent decades, has completely changed the identity of the coast, resulting in various conflicts at the spatial level, but also affecting environmental, social and d economic sustainability
